Held in Washington D.C., the event was titled &#8220;Preservation of Language and the Current Uyghur Genocide Visualized in 3D.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This gathering aimed to underscore the efforts of the Uyghur diaspora to combat the cultural and linguistic erasure imposed by the Chinese government. One of the key highlights was the launch of new Uyghur language textbooks, a crucial initiative designed to preserve and promote Uyghur heritage and culture amidst ongoing repression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, the event featured the innovative 3D visualization work of the Uyghur Transitional Justice Database.
