Year-End Reflection 2025 | Uyghur Transitional Justice Database
On December 19, the Uyghur Transitional Justice Database (UTJD) held its annual year-end meeting, marking an important moment of reflection, assessment, and collective alignment. In 2025, UTJD continued to strengthen its commitment to rigorous research, the responsible use of technology, and documentation. Our collective work increasingly reflects a shift toward sustainability and institutional strength, supported by research-driven and technology-enabled approaches. UTJD’s work is guided by the understanding that transitional justice requires sustained effort and reliable systems. We remain committed to methodical documentation, evidence preservation, and the effective use of technology as the foundation for accountability and the historical record.
